Friendly, responsive and skilled! We had an excellent experience with 5 College Movers. Ben and Ellis were friendly, detail oriented and clearly experienced with navigating tricky things like narrow New England stairwells. They were able to move out our 7 foot couch in 15 minutes. It had taken us an hour to move it in by ourselves when we purchased it. I had a few scheduling snafus happen with the rental truck we were using and the staff at Five College Movers were responsive and flexible about the timing of their arrival. I would rehire them if I needed to move again.

The 3-man crew that came out was absolutely amazing all around. They were quick and efficient, and were accommodating to anything extra that I needed packed & moved. They were complete professionals in how they moved about getting things done and in their respectful demeanor. I could not say higher praises for Rainy's crew and the work they do, I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thank you again for all of the help they saved me a whole lot of headaches. I have moved quite a lot before and done it for work previously but I still couldn't have asked for better hands.

Fresh off a move using Five College Movers and all I can say is MONEY WELL SPENT!!! There’s no way I could have done it without them! Gilbert was AMAZING and I have to say, this could be the best investment I have ever made…couldn’t have done it without them. They arrived, went right to work, and got the job done! The apartment was on the third floor (plus another huge staircase to get up to the building) and they maneuvered the boxes and an impossibly large sectional couch down those stairs like pros! I appreciated the care they took in protecting the furniture and bedding with blankets and plastic so that nothing was damaged. Upon arrival at the new house, they went right back at it, delivered each box and piece of furniture exactly where it needed to go, instructing us to “just point” and they’d place it down. It was well into the evening that the move was complete and they never even took a break, despite the Summer heat. They really made an overwhelming move a cinch so that all that was left for me was unpacking and enjoying my new home. THANK YOU Five College Movers, if I ever move again, you’ll be the first call I make! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Due to my budget constraints, the team did what they could efficiently and effectively, and understood that I had constraints on what could be done. The team completely exceeded my expectations, were delicate and rapid in material movement, and the quote was exactly in line with the actual price.

Our first move in almost 25 years. Five College made the process easy and stress free. From virtual walkthrough estimate to offering additional services like wardrobe boxes, all made pre-move day a breeze. Move day went great. Our crew (Ryan, Jack and Cam) were tremendous! They took great care with our possessions, especially when the heavy rains came through here. It was a long day for all of us but they didn’t leave until we were satisfied with everything. Can't say enough good things about them and Five College Movers!!

I had an 8:00 A.M. appointment scheduled and they showed up by 7:30. The 2 gentlemen that showed up were very profesional and polite. They wrapped all furniture for the move with moving blankets. I had a problem taking my bed frame apart, they were able to assist with that with no damage. They were very accommodating. I would most deffinatly recommend to anyone. Price was reasonable also.

I used Five College Movers for an apartment move. Initial it was going to be out of state but a month before the move, our new location changed and I needed to change the date . From my first contact through all the changes everyone I dealt with was courteous , professional and understanding . I always received a prompt response. Leading up to the move the communication was spot on. The day of the move my two movers arrived early. They were polite, knew what they were doing and handling my belongings with care. On arrival they were good about asking where each item should go and even helped rearrange when I decided I had not picked ideal spots. Price was exactly what I was told as the initial estimate . I would no hesitate to recommend them or use them again

They did a great job start to finish. Starting with the video call for the estimate leading to a perfectly sized truck. Checking in prior to move in date. Then the crew handled everything with extreme care while moving at a quick pace. Whether you want a white glove move with packing assistance or a low cost move with their hourly rates you have both options.

FCM moved my mother-in-law from Holyoke MA to Brockport NY to an assisted living facility there. The movers worked behind the scenes so as not to disrupt the residents as it was breakfast time. They were quick and efficient with the process. I would highly recommend them for any type of move. If I could 10 stars I would. Thanks again for a stress free move. 👍👍

They wrapped everything well, and despite many stairs and 4 locations, they remained pleasant. Very professional attitude. I can't say enough positive praise for my 2 movers.
